  No tricks, no catches, no 'small print missed' - when you book with us we will supply a friendly, professional Prom photographer(s) complete with our compact digital studio absolutely free of any charge! In fact the only charge we make is a small nominal charge for any photograph(s) that you or your guests wish to purchase!
• What is a 'compact digital studio' and how much space do you require?
  Our compact digital studio consists of a suitable backdrop, two 'umbrella' style lights to provide adequate lighting for the photos (no red-eyes in our photos!) plus a small all-in-one computer (system unit with built-in touch screen monitor) mounted on top of a small Dye-Sub printer. Ideally the photographer will need an area of approximately 16' x 16' with access to a standard 3-pin electrical socket - please remember that some of your guests will be nearby viewing or waiting for photographs

• Do we have to purchase a minimum number of photographs?
  No certainly not - we will take numerous photographs (often 200+) during the night which you and your guests can preview on our computer before choosing which photograph(s) they would like to purchase - there is absolutely no obligation to buy any of them - we will then print the photograph(s) while-u-wait and you only pay for the ones you like - that is our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee ... if you do not like the photograph then you do not pay for it!
• What size and quality are the photographs?
  Our Prom photographs printed on the night are 9" x 6" (229mm x 152mm) - any of the photographs that we take at your Prom can also be purchased in various different sizes from our web site at a later date
  The photographs are printed on a Mitsubishi Dye-Sublimation printer which produce superb high quality prints with an UV protective laminate in less than 40 seconds per photo ... the photos are completely dry as soon as they leave the printer so there is no risk of smudging etc - we do not use inferior-quality laser or ink jet printers. The prints are supplied in a custom mount and placed into a clear enveloped bag to help protect them during the Prom and on the journey home

• Can we purchase more photographs after the School Prom?
  Yes certainly - all your School Prom photographs will be displayed on our web site (usually within 48 hours) free of charge so you and your guests can easily purchase more photographs at a later date - password protection can be added to give you control over who can view or purchase your School Prom photographs ... there is no charge for adding password protection
  Our web site is open 24/7 so you can order photographs at any time day or night!
• Where are you based and what area do you cover?
  We are based in Reading, Berkshire and we mainly service Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and the Home Counties but if you are further afield we can still help you - please contact us to discuss your requirements
